Nr. on the small map: 12 (Miltenberg)
Around 1290, the Old Synagogue was built. It is one of the oldest sacred Jewish buildings of Europe, retained in its original brickwork. Inside the Museum Stadt Miltenberg, you can look at the only salvaged interior fitting: The pediment of the Torah. Sadly, the synagogue is not open to public, as it was sold to a brewery in 1877 by the Jewish Community.
